Lyrics (1): Any self-respecting company, caring about its reputation, often pays for it at least by taking upon itself VOLUNTARILY certain obligations to the client and unquestioningly fulfilling them. Unfortunately, the Beeline company is the master of its word only in the sense that having given its word regarding the availability of its services, it then refuses to provide them, as they say: “you gave your word, you took your word.” This approach is usually typical for petty scammers and self-disrespecting entities engaged in unfair competition, in relation to whom ordinary homeless people look like respectable men...

Specifics (2): on the official website of the Beeline company, for everyone, with exceptions provided for by specific tariffs, there is the “SMS without borders” service, costing 1 rub./1 SMS with free connection. Being a reasonable person, I decided to connect this service to my son’s phone, having previously called and agreed on August 16, 2017 with Beeline about the possibility of connecting this service. The girl operator kindly informed me that the service was available to me and sent me a phone number to connect it, when I dialed it they told me: “connection is impossible,” essentially go... to... Calling Beeline again and contacting Ksenia, the latter told me , that my issue will be resolved in the near future, then sent me a message that on 08/17/2017 my issue will finally be closed. But August 17 passed, August 18 came, and “Bilan” remained silent, thereby showing how he really feels about his obligations, his official statements and, in general, towards the client. Having dialed 08/18, approximately at 19:00, to the Bilan support service, the auto-informer informed me that my application was to be closed tomorrow, and on 08/19/2017 I received a “nice” SMS message on my phone: “Dear Client! Your application has been processed and closed , the "SMS without borders" service is not available for connection, the information on the site will be corrected, thank you for the information. Taking care of you, your Beeline.

Conclusion (3): A significant part of my time was spent on connecting to a non-connectable service, which, based on official information from Beeline, was announced both on the company’s website and was confirmed to me by Beeline employees, that is, by the gop-company itself ".

Summary (4): A company whose official statements are worthless has the right to claim exclusively the status of “Sharashka’s office”, the foundation of which is formed by banal Sharikovs and petty scammers engaged in unfair competition and not responsible for anything... In the next month or two , all my family’s mobile communications, with the numbers retained, will be transferred to the services of another mobile operator, fortunately it’s easier to do this. Avoid empty talkers and scammers.

Today we want to figure out what functionality are provided in the individual profile interface on your Beeline website page, as well as the process of managing your personal account.

Beeline personal account main menu

After entering your page on the operator’s website, perhaps the first thing that catches the users’ eyes is the navigation menu. It consists of several points:

  • Selecting a phone number;
  • Profile;
  • Detailing;
  • Messages;
  • Settings.

It’s easy to guess that number selection is available there for the purpose that some of the company’s subscribers are the owners of not one, but several numbers, and do not want to use different accounts for them, combining all the information into one.

As for the remaining points, we will consider them in order.

Profile in a Beeline subscriber’s personal account

In this section, information about the current tariff plan becomes available to the user. Its name is displayed in a yellow block. In addition, at the top you can find your number, as well as the codes associated with it:

If you click on the appropriate button, the required code will be displayed. In this section of the site, you can also block a number. On the right you can see the account balance, the status of the auto-replenishment service and current information about expenses for a certain period.

Below you will see information about additional services that are connected to the number. For example, there you can view your Internet traffic quota, available minutes, and even messages.

And even lower, there are switches available that are responsible for activating/deactivating various options and services from Beeline. If necessary, they can be moved to the on or off state.

Details in your Beeline personal account

It’s hardly worth explaining why this section is present on the site. This section allows you to create graphs and reports regarding costs, services and options used for a certain period of time. The period, of course, is specified directly by the user.

Messages

The messages section is a kind of archive of data about applications left and responses or notifications received to them.

It’s no secret that through your personal account you can order various services and ask questions, so a separate section is allocated for these opportunities. The information here is divided into appropriate subcategories:

  1. Ordering equipment.
  2. Contact support.
  3. Service changes.
  4. Questions for support.
  5. Detailing.
  6. Financial issues and payment.

Beeline personal account settings

Finally, we left the section with settings, because, as you understand, there is nowhere in your personal account without it.

The configurations in this section are divided into different categories to provide greater convenience:

  1. Number management.
  2. Setting up notifications.
  3. Safety.
  4. Questionnaire.

In the first tab, information is available to configure the number and your contract. Here you can also switch to Beeline from another operator while maintaining your number.

The second tab is provided for configuring the mode for receiving notifications:

  1. In SMS messages.
  2. By email.

In addition, here you can select categories of information that interest you and about which you want to receive notifications.

The third tab, of course, is designed to change and reset your password. In addition, here you select the type of password recovery and options for accessing your account via mobile internet.

As for the last section in the settings, it exists for the subscriber to fill out information about himself. If desired, the fields in this section can be left blank.

These are all the points and sections that make up such a powerful and handy tool, like a Beeline personal account.
