When adding a contact from the UK with the phone number 07891551515, you must enter the plus and country code, then remove all the 0s at the very beginning. The result should be +447891551515.
For all subscribers from Argentina, in order to enter the phone number correctly, you must insert the number 9 between the city code and the country code (+54). The combination of numbers 15 must also be removed first. In the final you should get a phone number from 1: +54 9 xxx xxx xxxx.
Numbers in Mexico must contain a 1 after +52, even for Nextel.
