It is also worth noting that BossNote implements a rather original and interesting engine that recognizes time, date and some other data for business purposes. For example, you create a simple notification, skip the moment with the dial and immediately write “Remind me: tomorrow at 9:30 at work,” and the program itself recognizes that you need to set a notification for tomorrow that will work at 9:30, lasting half an hour. The duration can also be specified in plain text. You can also set the time interval at which the reminder will be displayed. The function is very interesting and original.

Calendar - another one good function BossNote programs. Once you have created a ton of things to do and spread them out over the entire month, you will find it inconvenient to view them in a simple feed. For this purpose, a calendar was created in which each day of the month is presented as a timeline along which your affairs are scattered. It looks pretty good and is convenient for a large number of reminders. Events can be created directly from the calendar by clicking on them for a certain period of time.

BossNote looks good in landscape mode and on tablets. When the full functionality of the mobile application is described, we can also mention the web version of BossNote, which has a beautiful interface in which you really want to work. It has the same functionality as in mobile application, and all data is synchronized with your account. The designers did a really good job on the web version of the service, making something like a notepad with a calendar.

Overall, the web-based BossNote app can be your go-to task manager. The BossNote application is a text notepad and diary “in one bottle”, designed for use on both iPhone and iPad, and home computer. The application has two work areas: “calendar” and “notepad”. In the first, the user sees all events and records. A note in a notepad also appears on the calendar to show you what time you made the next entry. And vice versa - by tapping on a date and time and writing down information, for example, about a meeting, this entry can be seen in the notepad. In principle, the “calendar” in the application is needed only so that the user can see all his tasks with a time reference, and you can create notes, and then turn them into events with a date and a reminder of the beginning, in a “notepad”.

Create an event reminder or just a note linked to specific date, you can use the tiny menu at the bottom of the screen. There are only three items there: “create an event”, “notepad” and “files attached to the note”. By clicking on the first item, you can specify the date, time, and, if desired, make a reminder about the note at a certain time. By selecting “notepad”, you will be returned back to the note, and in the menu item “files attached to the note” there will be photos. Unfortunately, the word “files” only means photos that you can take directly from the application or select ready-made ones. Other file types are not supported. Their number is displayed in the upper corner of the screen when you are in the notepad, and you can tap on this icon at any time to view everything you need. You can also switch between menu items by swiping, this is much faster and more convenient.

Once we have created a note, click on the cross at the top of the screen, and new entry goes to the notepad. We swipe to the “calendar” (you can also use the corresponding shortcuts on the side of the screen to move) and look at current affairs, which are located under the red line indicating the current time. Everything above this line has already been done, but below - what remains to be done.

The application interface is quite nice and understandable. There is no need to figure out what's what - we just write down and save events and affairs in our lives. And by choosing the reminder function, you don’t have to worry about forgetting something - at the right time, the application will remind you of an important matter. In general, BossNote is just an analogue of the standard Calendar application, but in my opinion, faster, more convenient, and easier to use.
