Settings in the online store

To enable IP telephony, go to the menu item " Settings-Ip telephony" (see Fig. 1).

In the drop-down list, select your telecom operator - Zadarma(see Fig. 2).

Integration with PhonerLite- if you check this box, calls can be received via special program. The operator installs the PhonerLite program on his computer. When you click on the phone number in the administrative panel, a call to the client begins.

Key and Secret- must be obtained from Zadarma ATS.

Url for notifications- Call alerts will be sent to this address. You must specify it in the settings in personal account Zadarma (Settings -> API and integrations -> Notifications about calls to PBX -> field "Link of your resource")

Settings in your Zadarma account

The first thing you need to do is register in Zadarma ATS. (see Fig. 4).

On the page that opens, select the events for which you want to send data and enter in the " Your resource link" Url for notifications from Figure 3 (see Figure 8).

Send NOTIFY_ANSWER- answer when calling an internal or external number.

Then click " Get the keys". You will receive a request to create keys to the API by email, you must confirm, after which the API and integration page will display key And secret(see Fig. 9), which must be specified in the store settings in Fig. 3.

Ready. We have reviewed the basic settings for connecting IP telephony to Zadarma PBX; other settings, such as creating a call pattern, connecting a voice recording at the time of a call, all this is configured on the Zadarma PBX side.

Call back

Call back - functionality that is already included in your Zadarma virtual PBX, settings call back are located in the same place as telephony, menu item " Settings - IP telephony" (see Fig. 10).

Phone number- number to which application data will be sent

Display Mode- display mode on the site, can be compact (1) or full (2) (see Fig. 11). Toggling this setting applies to new visitors. For older ones, the state is stored in cookies, since clients can collapse and expand themselves. To check the operation of the option, you need to open the site in anonymous viewing browser.

Text of a successful application during business hours- this text will be displayed to the client when he submits a request during business hours. (Text displayed after clicking the "Request a call" button during business hours.)

- Virtual PBX
The level of PBX is average, it is provided free of charge, but there is a small surcharge for some services, for example 30 rubles per month. over-the-line call recording (3 free). Any tariffs are applicable for working with PBX.
When forwarding a call to sip Zadarma from other providers, you must indicate the main sip lines (five-digit number), and indicate the internal sip of the virtual PBX on your equipment/program.

When competitors announced an amount of 6k monthly for integration with RetailSRM, at first we argued for a long time, and then we realized that we had been overpaying all the time without knowing why. I read a lot of things on the internet. But this is the first time I have encountered such a difference between reviews and reality. And I’m quite old. Soon to retire. I’ve only been working with Zadarma for a few hours, but I still have enough impressions to write about the review: 1) They write that you need to take a photo with your passport and also find fault with the quality of the photo - Nothing of the sort happened. I just indicated my cell phone, checked that this cell phone was “in my hands,” paid with a bank card and that’s it. No more body movements 2) From the very morning I involuntarily checked the quality of communication with Latvia - it was good (I was going to check the quality of communication with Estonia, not Latvia, but it just so happened). However, there are no complaints about the quality of communication in the reviews. 3) Support works super quickly. I communicate with RUWEB - I constantly buy hosting from them and sometimes I have questions for them. They have excellent technical support. But still the reaction time is noticeably more than 1 minute. 4) And finally, in my case, the cost of all these services is close to zero!! - with their help I get it on mine cell phone in Tallinn and from Estonia they can call me exactly on it. I have not analyzed other options for their services and will not review them. 5) Some responded that Zadarma did not return their money. They returned it to me IMMEDIATELY, and I didn’t ask them for it.

Good PBX with excellent functionality

We have been using ATS for more than a year in a travel agency with three branches in different cities, plus a connection with Bitrix 24. The quality has never failed, the functionality is sufficient, plus a huge selection of numbers, up to the gold numbers of UFA (which we use). The only thing that may be missing is a multi-level voice menu to switch not just by numbers 1,2,3, but also to further guide clients, dividing one number among branches and then among employees.

BE CAREFUL!!!

BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH “FOR FREE”!!! THEY ARE BLOCKING THE ACCOUNT AND PREVIOUSLY PAID SERVICES WITHOUT EXPLANATION OF REASONS!!! I have used the services of IP Telecom Bulgaria LTD (zadarma.com project) since 2010 in total to receive calls from relatives from Ukraine. Moreover, I brought at least 6 clients to the company who are still using their services. On 10/31/16 I registered account 565223 to work in Ukraine and Russia. Provided your passport details and registered phone numbers. No illegal activity was carried out on these phones, however, on December 23, 2018, my account was blocked without explanation and since then I have not been able to use the previously paid services: 1. I cannot call the purchased numbers; 2. I can’t make calls from my account - because I can’t top up my account; 3. One of these days one of my numbers will be removed from the list - I cannot renew it. Communication with the support service for 5 days did not bring any results. Be careful when working with this organization!!!
