There are some restrictions when sending EMS parcels
- Only parcels weighing up to 30 kg are accepted for shipment.
- Maximum length - 150 cm.

- Lithium batteries can only be shipped inserted into the device for which the battery is intended.
- You cannot send a parcel containing more than two products with lithium batteries.
- Sending valuable items (money, coins, precious stones, jewelry, securities) is carried out only at the responsibility of the client. Officially, such EMS parcels are not accepted.
SAL is an economical way to send parcels from Japan. When choosing this delivery method, the parcel will be delivered within 14 to 21 days (depending on the type of delivery). ePacket is ideal for sending small parcels. Delivery time is 14-21 days. The maximum amount that can be paid under insurance is 6,000 yen. Insurance for a large amount is not possible.
Limitation on weight/size of parcel:
- The maximum dimensions of the parcel (length + width + height) are no more than 90 cm.
- Maximum length no more than 60 cm.
- Maximum parcel weight is 2 kg.
