We were in this hotel for literally 9 days, we arrived for... children's competition"Roses of Review". I came with two children, and our entire team consisted of over 50 people!! I personally really liked the food in the restaurant, we always thanked the restaurant staff and the Chef personally! They really deserve praise! Nice rooms, all amenities, two swimming pools, bar....More ▾ We were in this hotel for literally 9 days, we arrived for the children's competition "Roses of Obzor". I came with two children, and our entire team consisted of over 50 people!! I personally really liked the food in the restaurant, we always thanked the restaurant staff and the Chef personally! They really deserve praise! Nice rooms, all the amenities, two swimming pools, a bar... But on the last day, our entire vacation and all the impressions of Bulgaria simply collapsed overnight!! When we wanted to get water from the dispenser near the bar for my children before leaving, at that very moment a security guy named Anataly pulled me back and pushed me away in a very rude, boorish manner, and in the presence of the children began to yell at me and wave his arms! I explain to him that this is water for the children and that we have to travel 10 hours by bus and we need water for the journey, but he continues to be rude and yell at me, pushing me out in front of the children!! I went to the reception all indignantly, fortunately the boss Mikhail was nearby, he listened to me and asked the employee to fill our water, but no comments were made to this security guard! But that's not all! When they brought me water, and my children and I were already leaving the hotel with our suitcases, this boor continued to behave like a cattle, he swung at me, uttering curses in his own language and spat on me and me and my children!!! The bus was already waiting for us and, unfortunately, there was no time to return and call the entire management of this hotel to investigate this nonentity! All our impressions were ruined by one pathetic and insignificant person, who showed all his wretchedness and abomination in the presence of children, and all because we just wanted to take water from the dispenser with us on the road; during the entire vacation I approached this water only once ! It turns out that water can cause assault and humiliation in this hotel! Apparently it is delivered and “provided” with water to the entire hotel by this insignificant man named Anatoly, who, as security, should be responsible for the safety of vacationers!! But in fact, he himself poses a danger to vacationers who, God forbid, want to drink water from the dispenser, he will simply destroy you and will not look at the children! The whole picture about this hotel and about our holiday in Bulgaria was ruined by this pathetic man, the security guard Anatoly!! I really hope that after this incident the hotel will make a fair decision for him - fire this employee, because... he himself poses a threat to travelers and spoils the entire reputation of the Casablanca Hotel in Obzor!! I kindly ask you to look into this matter and impose a fair punishment on this unfortunate employee, security guard Anatoly! ! It costs him nothing to push you, yell at you, and children are not a hindrance to him! He caused psychological trauma to my children, because before that they had not seen such rudeness and aggression towards them, especially while they were on vacation, because they wanted to get water! The last thing they, including me, could have expected was this from the staff, the huge Security Man who is supposed to monitor our safety!
